Unique Design, Unparelleled Performance: GloPak glass fibre media consists of an unique blend of coarse and fine glass fibres specially designed and interwoven to provide a low initial resistance and high air cleaning performance.

The coarse fibres arrest the larger, heavier particles in the airstream while the fine fibres remove the smaller particulate matter and give the filter its high efficiency classification.

The media is covered by a thin layer of spunbond scrim which serves to increase filter strength and efficiency.

It can be used as a prefilter or as a finla filter. Due to its high dust holding capacity and robust pocket design it is particularly suited for difficult operating conditions, including varibale air volume, turbulent airflow and repeated fan shutdown. When used as a prefilter, it protects higher efficiency filters from unnecessary dust loading, prolonging their service life. As a result, the frequency with which final filters need to be changed is reduced-increasing the cost effectiveness of the air handling system. The filter displays a low resistance to airflow and is classified G4 in accordance with EN779.

It is a heavy duty, high efficiency filter develpoed specially for the rotating machinery industry. It is designed to withstand the rigours of centrifugal compressors, gas turbines and engines where severe surging or pulsation occur.
Media: GloVee media is water resistant and can withstand exposure to free moisture in the airstream.

When wet there will be a temporary rise in resistance which quickly returns to normal as soon as the mositure evaporates.

The design ensures a full depth loading of dirt across the entire surface of the filter media.

Construction: The header and cell sides provides a sturdy construction that resist damage during shipping, handling and operation. The entire polystyrene construction is fully incinerable.

Separators: The thermoplastic separators maintain uniform spacing between pleats to allow optimal flow of air into and through the filter.

They also ensure large effective media area for low resistance and high dust holding capacity.

When installation space is limited and high quality air filtration is required, GloPak II is the solution. This low depth, lightweight filter is available in EN779 classiifcation ranges F6,F7,F8,F9. It displays low media resistnce which means low energy consumption. Due to its lighweight and low depth it is economic to ship compared to other heavier, bulkier types of filter.

GloPak II is suitable for use in front, rear and side access HVAC installations. the filter is also suitab;e for use in variable air volume systems and can withstand repeated fan shut down and turbulent airflow. GloPak II has a high dust holding capacity and long service life. It can resist intermittent exposure to water and provides excellent performance in conditions of high relative humidity.
